Privacy Policy — Sleep Sounds

Sleep Sounds does not collect, track, or share your personal data. Period.

What we collect

Nothing personal. Sleep Sounds works entirely on your device:

No account required — you don't sign up, log in, or provide any information.
No analytics — we don't track which sounds you play, when you sleep, or how you use the app.
No third-party trackers — no Facebook SDK, no Google Analytics, no ad networks.
No data leaves your device — your custom mixes and preferences stay on your iPhone.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store / StoreKit. We never see your payment details. Apple handles all billing. Your subscription status is stored locally on your device using a secure token (HMAC). We do not use any third-party subscription service.

iCloud Sync (optional, if enabled)

If you enable iCloud sync, your custom mixes are stored in your own private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. We cannot access this data — it is encrypted and tied to your Apple ID.

Audio Licenses

Sounds are sourced from Freesound.org under Creative Commons licenses. See Settings → Audio Licenses for full attribution.

Children

Sleep Sounds is safe for all ages (rated 4+). We collect no data from anyone, including children.
